Refund policy

At Paws and Joy Shop, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to request: Email us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-refundable items: Sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
